i.imgur.com/ueoIon6.jpg Isaac blinked, still frowning in concern as Nana moved up against him. She didn't answer his question, but she seemed to not be mortally harmed by the shock. I must have the dispersion field to thank for that, he thought. I should try to figure out how it works in case this happens again. He looked up at Alex as he made his suggestion, frowning angrily as he did. Much unlike how happy-go-lucky he seemed ten seconds ago, now that Nana had been hurt, his facade took a 180 into a serious one. "Now's not the time for that!" he snapped. "Besides, its not right to just take advantage of someone like that without their permission! Apologize right now!"He looked toward Brielle, rather perplexed as she started thumping and gesturing. Those motions seem familiar, he thought. Is that...sign language? Granted, he wasn't an expert of the language, but in the slums of the city he was born and raised in, there were a few people there who used the same manner of speech, and as to understand them, he managed to pick up on some pieces of it... “WTF! I could have _________________, and you want me to do it again!?!? The electric ____ wasn’t ______ that was my electrical _____ which has been ___ over _______ hours and was ______ _____. It could not ____ a city, and you are not ever going to touch my ears again, it _____ as _________!" He was still trying to keep up and put together what she was saying, supporting Nana against him in the meantime, when she quickly turned on him and looked like she was going to sign something else. She seemed to stop however, abruptly, and turn back toward Alex.

Alex watched Brielle, taking in her tangent with a look of feigned confusion. Internally he was trying to come to a decision. Hmmm, she seems pissed. I don't know what it is with animal people being so sensitive about their fury bits, but maybe I went a bit too far....Meh, they were screwin around in here. The least I can do is give them a bit more shit for it.
Alex snapped his fingers as he seemed to come to a conclusion. "One second." He stated pointing to Brielle. He vanished in small puff of black smoke and was gone for several seconds before reappearing. In his hands was a shoestring, which he was tying the ends of together. He threaded it deftly through his fingers before holding it out for Brielle with a smile. "You wanna play Cat's Cradle, don't you?"
