My name is Li Men Sephora, head of the Sephora school of QiLong Martial Arts and I would, on behalf of Master Elezar and Mistress Agatha, like to welcome everyone to the Academy’s Festival of Culture! Over the next week there will be many different events happening on and around campus that will showcase different nations thought, beliefs, and technologies. From my own nation, I am proud to announce that the Academy will again be hosting the QiLong Tournament of Champions!

Li Men walks off stage, keeping his speech short and sweet. He moves quickly to the Gym and boards a platform outside that lifts into the air, quickly arriving at a megalithic hovering arena. The QiLong prelims have begun.
