i59.tinypic.com/oqkllc.jpg Nekomiya blinked and sat up, the last thing he remembered was Stein asking Kumiko to try time-traveling, and her refusing to try, so he’d gone to stand beside her as encouragement. He reached for his musketeer hat which had landed beside him and set it on his head before standing up and dusting himself off hat and boots, check. White shirt and pants: accounted for. Tail, check. He said swishing his split-purple-tail checking it had made sure it in one piece Kumiko! He spun around to find her on the floor ”Kumiko! There you are. Are you alright? Do you have your watch? Are you hurt?” True concern shined in his green slited eyes, she may not be related to him, but he cared for her like a sister. After making sure Kumiko was alright he looked around the classroom. The classroom looked fairly average, except there was a large rune drawn on the chalkboard, the coding didn’t appear dangerous, just a simple fire-spell. The desks were in simple rows and all faced the chalkboard, with a line of open windows running parallel to the desk Wait, where’s Suna, she was with me in the lab? He glanced out the windows again, knowing her she’d probably vacated the room and was sitting on the roof sunning herself, waiting for him to call her. His eyes wandered to the desk as his nose caught the scent of coffee, hot pockets, and…chocolate; he sniffed, then smirked. He walked over to the desk and glanced at the drawers before pulling out the bottom left one, Kye’s Pocky drawer. He grinned as he retrieved a box of Pocky and closed the drawer Kumi-chan, look what I found. I swear, this desk must belong to Mrs. Cheshire.”

i.imgur.com/99OAUVf.jpg She wasn't willing to try it at first, even when Mama asked her twice. She was scared of what might happen, and her Mama's face was so serious. What if something went wrong? What if she messed up? What if something bad happened to Nii because of her connection to him? Kumiko sat there, reaching under her a white sleeveless shirt beneath her oversized gray hoodie, from which her tiny fingers just barely poked through the sleeves, and pulled out the silver pocket watch-like object worn on a chain around her neck and fiddled nervously with it. It wasn't until Nii approached her with his encouraging words that the apparent 11 year old found her bravery. She closed her sky blue eyes, holding her chain watch with one hand, and clinging to her Nii's hand. She focussed her mind on the time and coordinates her Mama had given her for this task, and visualized a safe velocity and position. She counted down from five. Four. Three. Two... Suddenly the lab around her was sucked away from her, and she found herself tossed out from the world she had barely knew. It was as if she now stood outside of Everything that Was then, Was passed, and Would become..and now she knew for certain. She was terrified. It was all she could do to maintain control, focuss on the coordinates, make the edit with careful, shaky hands. She saw what almost became of the world that was, the alternate reality passing them by. It was not hardly far off from where she was going. The process of the travel was straiining her very being, and she had just arrived to the coordinates before her vision faded to black. ...... Kumiko awoke to the sound of her Neko's voice calling out to her. Her eyes fluttered open tiredly, brushing aside her messily curled, shoulder length gray hair from her face to look up at him. "Nii," she answered to the grimalkin boy, relieved to see that he appeared to be fine, but surprised he was with her. Did she fail? She shook her head. "I'm okay..." She held up her watch to show him that she still had it. Looking around, she found that they were in a room she'd never seen before. It definatly wasn't the lab with Mama, but was it the right time and place? Kumiko stood up, dusting herself off and looking herself over for any flaws or injuries. Checking for any scrapes and bruises on her legs, wearing blue shorts, white knee high socks, and black shoes, she found no such injury. It seemed they didn't fall in the room, wherever and whenever they were at least. Then Nii directed her attention to the desk. "Cheshire," she echoed. Did that mean...? She reached into her hoodie pocket and pulled out a similar box of the same brand of pocky that the grimalkin boy took out from the desk to compare. She looked to Nii Neko with hopeful eyes. "Did...did I do a good job?" Not much longer after that, the door behind the desk opened, and from it, Saya entered the classroom, pausing as she discovered the two of them. "Are you new students?" she asked in a polite, cordial tone. "I am sorry, there are no more classes from Miss Cheshire today." Kumiko felt her breath catch in her throat as she looked at the dark haired girl, who looked back at her with an expression of curiosity.

i59.tinypic.com/oqkllc.jpg He grinned down at Kumiko You did a wonderful job, we’re both alive and well. But you can’t be tired yet; if I’m not tired then you can’t be tired either.”What is the date?” He said looking Saya up and down before continuing to answer her questions We’re looking for either Ms. Cheshire or…Ms. Salem. We need to speak to them. But if they’re not available we’ll just sit here and read for a while, this book looks nice.” He said picking up the grimoire and sitting in Kye’s chair, propping his feet up on the edge of the chair’s arm. ”Could I please get a cup of coffee while we wait?” he said looking at Saya to see what she’d do, she looked to be a student aid of some sort. He set the grimoire back on the desk to wait for his coffee to arrive, keeping his tail curled behind him, hoping it wouldn’t be visible while he was sitting in Kye’s desk. While he was sitting at the desk he pulled a piece of paper from his pocket and drew an anti-curse ward in pencil before pricking his thumb and dripping some blood onto it to seal it. (That’s how I assumed you’d make one. However you do it, he would have done it correctly))

i.imgur.com/99OAUVf.jpg "The date?" Saya asked. "By the relevant calender..." She proceeded to share the current date. "Unfortunatly, Miss. Cheshire is out at the moment." She continued. "If you wish, I can take a message. I can assure you my memory capacity for specific detail and wording are what one would describe as 'perfect.' You may also wait here if you wish, however, I cannot gauge the exact length of time Miss Cheshire will continue to be absent. If this is an emergency, I recommend you speak with either Miss. Blair, or another nearby staff member."As Neko requested coffee, Saya folded her hands in front of her as she replied just as candidly as before, as if the boys manner did not phase her in the least. "I'm afraid that is not something I can provide for you. While Miss. Cheshire does keep a supply of that caffeine composed beverage, it is only for her personal use, and is only to be shared with guests under specific verbal instruction requiring her physical presence in the room at the time of instance."Kumiko blinked, struggling to keep up with this girls strange, yet polite manner of speaking. It seemed she had been given very, very specific instruction for handling a request as simple as someone asking for coffee. Kumiko didn't understand why though. Her Mama had let her try coffee once, and she thought it tasted gross. She couldn't imagine why her Nii liked it so. That aside, however, as she considered the date the girl had provided them, Kumiko noticed that the matched the coordinates her Mama had given her. "Nii," she quietly said to to Neko as she huddled beside him and tugged gently at his tail to get his attention. "It's the same!"

i60.tinypic.com/14jlobm.jpg “Darn, I was hoping to get some coffee. Your memory is perfect? Excellent.” Neko said as he stood up from the desk. He heard Kumiko’s quiet remarks and put his arm around her in an almost hug “Yup, you brought us to the perfect time, Mama would be so proud; she’d probably give you a hug and a new kitten book, Good job.” Neko put both arms around Kumiko’s waist. Being careful of his tail, and spun her in circles before setting her down again. “I have another idea, go sit on top of that desk there, not in it, but on top of it.” He said pointing at a desk a few rows from Kye’s desk; he knew Kye was going to be mad whenever she returned, and he didn’t want his little sister hurt. “Saya, I need you to deliver a message to Ms. Blair Salem. Please go to her office and tell her ‘Ms. Cheshire is going to need her in this classroom in approximately…4.25 minutes in her most Blair-esk outfit.’ Can you do that? I’m going to deliver a message to Kye, in the best way possible.” He said grinning. He wrote a small note and snapped his fingers, the small note disappeared and reappeared stuck to the side of the next can of Dr. Power in the soda machine. It read ’Your presence is requested in your classroom. I found your Pocky drawer.’ That would definitely bring Kye to her office. He grinned and replaced the box of Pocky he’d grabbed from the drawer. He left the drawer open and sat on the closest student desk to wait for one, or both of the teachers to appear. (It’s ok if not all of these plans work; it’ll make the thread even more interesting)

i.imgur.com/99OAUVf.jpg Kumiko's eyes widened at her Nii's praise. Mama would be that proud? Did that mean she wouldn't be angry at her for not trying to ravel the first time? She giggled with glee as Neko spun her around. Afterward she went and sat where her Nii told her to and watched quietly. "I'm afraid I cannot perform that task now," Saya had answered. "I am currently performing another that requires me to remain here in this room."

i60.tinypic.com/14jlobm.jpg Nekomiya was grinning at how happy Kumiko was; it didn’t take much to make her happy, but her happiness made Nekomiya swell with joy. He sat back in Kye’s chair “What will make her madder, if I sit in her chair? Or if I lounge on her desk?” He finished propping his booted-feet up on the edge of the desk. He listened to Saya’s response and sat in the way that would irritate Kye, but would make her less mad. “So, Saya, if I wanted to get Blair here how would you suggest I do so? I can’t get her personally because I don’t know where her room is…and I’m not sure what kind of note would catch her attention.”

i.imgur.com/99OAUVf.jpg Saya tilted her head thoughtfully at Neko's inquiry. "I am not well versed in such behavioral conditions of rage," she replied. "It is my understanding, however, that it is to be avoided at all mortal costs."Kumiko looked to her Nii and said, "Maybe I can take it to her. I can follow directions." She looked to Saya. "Could you tell me how to get to Miss Blair's room?" Saya nodded and produced a pen and slip of paper. "I will draw you a map to better direct you." Kumiko nodded in thanks, and after a minute or so took the map and note before vanishing into thin air. ~~~ Not a split second later, Kumiko appeared at the door of Blairs room, and knocked on the door.
