(And yes Stein, the documents are River's full history Fear the headmaster!)
Erebus's brow was furrowed as he looked through the encoded arcane runes the headmaster had just handed to him. He knew something was fishy when the normally comical old man had called his full attention in a serious manner. Finishing his inspection of the documents, Erebus threw them back onto Eleazar's desk with a sigh.
"You're asking for trouble Master. How many more of these time bombs should I be aware of?" The headmaster gave a sly smile.
"I can take you to the forbidden archives if you'd like." Erebus snorted ruefully.
"Should of figured; no thank you. I think I've already picked them out as it is. Do the teachers know about this?" Eleazar shook his head to the negative.
"Alvion suspects, but no one knows anything for certain; well aside from you now that is."
"Well that's just perfect now isn't it. I have a hard time figuring out what goes on in that head of yours."
"All students deserve equal chances at learning; that is my philosophy. That includes those with less than normal upbringings." Erebus laughed once in disbelief.
"Equal opportunity huh? I don't believe students that can kill your teachers in cold blood need that opportunity." The Master smiled coyly.
"Are you one to talk about students that can kill teachers." Erebus's eyebrow ticked as a small bolt of dark energy arced along his chains. "I'm joking of course." The headmaster corrected with a wicked grin. "Regardless, you need not worry about the way I choose to run this academy. You must only worry about your assignment. For now, I'd like you to keep an eye on her, especially around the others." Erebus sighed in frustration.
"Yes yes, fine; but I'll be watching the others as well. My primary purpose at this academy is to prevent an incident, and if your "special need" students decide it's a good idea to go on a rampage, those things will leave this dimension alone no longer." The headmaster smiled and nodded."
"Of course Erebus; you know best in that regard."
